This is a follow-up to last weeks “Tuna Salad on ???” I just wanted to show you how many fun and easy variations there are – like I said, your imagination is the limit.
- 3 oz. chicken (I used leftover rotisserie chicken)
- 1 t. poppy seed
- 1. t. Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
- 1 green onion, diced
- 2 bread and butter pickles, diced teeny
- 1 radish, diced teeny
- 1 1/2 T. Walden Farms Amazing Mayo (or to the consistency that you like)
