I miss cheese biscuits at restaurants. Yep. So, I made my own.

  • 1 3/4 c. GF Flour #1
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. baking powder
  • 5 T. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Do not overdo it. I pour a little oil on and then wipe it around with a paper towel, removing all of the excess.
  4. Bake 13-15 minutes. (or 15-18 for large biscuits)
