- 1/2 lb. Shrimp (drained of excess water)
- 1 t. butter
- 1 t. teriyaki (I use San-J because it is GF)
- 1 squirt Sriricha sauce
Adjust ingredients at the appropriate increments for additional half pounds of shrimp. Double for a pound, triple for a pound-and-a-half, etc. After about 2 lbs. don’t keep increasing the butter BUT everything else will still go up in size.
- Saute shrimp in butter
- Remove excess butter and or water.
- Add teriyaki and Sriricha and heat.
May serve over rice if desired.
