Feel free to adjust up or down based upon amount of shrimp you are working with.

  • 1/2 lb. Shrimp (drained of excess water)
  • 1 t. butter
  • 1 t. teriyaki (I use San-J because it is GF)
  • 1  squirt Sriricha sauce

Adjust ingredients at the appropriate increments for additional half pounds of shrimp. Double for a pound, triple for a pound-and-a-half, etc. After about 2 lbs. don’t keep increasing the butter BUT everything else will still go up in size.

  1. Saute shrimp in butter
  2. Remove excess butter and or water.
  3. Add teriyaki and Sriricha and heat.

May serve over rice if desired.
