This is one of those flours that you can essentially use for all your favorite non-GF Flours. I have used it for many things, including biscuits and even rolled biscuits. I have found that to get the best results with GF flours you have to mix them.

  • 2 c. almond flour
  • 1 c. rice flour
  • 3 c. Tapioca Flour
  • 1/2 c. sorghum flour
  • 1 c. corn starch
  • 1/2 c potato starch
  • 2 T. Xanthan Gum
  • 1 T. salt
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 1 T. egg replacer
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

Mix all the ingredients together and store together in an airtight container
