Alright, I wrote this before I became modified vegan, but if you’re not doing the vegan-thing, it’s a good recipe.
One night I was wanting Tuna Casserole. But I live alone and hate leftovers. So I decided to make a personal pan Tuna Casserole
- 3/4 c. dry spiral noodles (I used Ancient Harvest Quinoa Noodles)
- 1/3 c. fiesta mix grated cheese
- 2 T. Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 t. Sriricha
- 1 t. cumin
- 1 pouch or can tuna
- Cook the noodles. Drain. I did not wash them because I wanted to eat now.
- Put the noodles in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.
