Alright, I wrote this before I became modified vegan, but if you’re not doing the vegan-thing, it’s a good recipe.

One night I was wanting Tuna Casserole. But I live alone and hate leftovers. So I decided to make a personal pan Tuna Casserole

  • 3/4 c. dry spiral noodles (I used Ancient Harvest Quinoa Noodles)
  • 1/3 c. fiesta mix grated cheese
  • 2 T. Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 t. Sriricha
  • 1 t. cumin
  • 1 pouch or can tuna
  1. Cook the noodles. Drain. I did not wash them because I wanted to eat now.
  2. Put the noodles in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, stirring well.
