Who doesn’t like Nutella or any other such chocolate-y butter? Well, I certainly do so of course, I had to make my own.

  • 1 c. walnuts, soaked in water for about an hour (pour water off).
  • 1/2 c. maple syrup
  • 1/4 c. cocoa powder
  • 2 T. water
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and enjoy. If it’s too thick add a bit more water.
  2. Serve on bread or biscuits or whatever. Store in refrigerator.
