2013-02-14 19.07.06This is such a yummy and healthy dessert.

  • 3 apples sliced
  • 1/4 c maple syrup (you can also use brown sugar, but I prefer maple syrup)
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1 t. nutmeg
  • 3/4 c. water

Combine ingredients in casserole.  Bake at 350 for at least 30 minutes and up to an hour. I like the apples to absorb the liquid, but sometimes I need it quicker.
