- 3 apples sliced
- 1/4 c maple syrup (you can also use brown sugar, but I prefer maple syrup)
- 1 T cinnamon
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 3/4 c. water
Combine ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 for at least 30 minutes and up to an hour. I like the apples to absorb the liquid, but sometimes I need it quicker.
