Recently I bought fresh green beans and I wanted something different than plain ol’ boiled green beans. So I improvised.
- 2 T. Sesame Oil
- 2 T. soy sauce (I used the new Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce)
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar (I used pear infused but any flavor will work)
- 1 lb. green beans
Combine the ingredients in a pan (I used a cast iron skillet). Stir and saute until the sauce is carmelized and the green beans are the right texture (firm not soft or hard is best).
