Yes, I know everyone knows how to make toast. But there are problems if you’re GF and just using any toaster. Shall I say cross contamination? And for those cooks like myself, who need a timer less they forget, putting it in the oven often results in burnt results. What’s a girl to do?
Well, I started using my griddle. I butter both sides and then fry it. It takes good, I actually like it better than toast, and if you’re griddle is non-stick and has never been used on something containing gluten it’s perfect.
