At last, a soy sauce that tastes like the soy sauce that we’ve come to love. Kikkoman Gluten-Free Soy Sauce tastes like regular soy sauce. It’s not the stronger Tamari-Style (even though the Web site says it is Tamari style). I personally am fine with the stronger Tamari Soy Sauce, especially for making sauces, but for more delicate flavor go Kikkoman. Even their web site acknowledges that it is mild compared to more Tamari.
