- Coconut meat from a young coconut
- liquid smoke
- tamari soy sauce
I put the coconut meat in a bwl and added some tamari and liquid smoke to cover. I then put on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrated about 5 hours at 115. I then removed the sheet and finished dehydrating for about an hour or two on the screen sheet. The only problem with this version is that there is not enough coconut meat but it is extremely yummy.
